Praise the Lord....

I was listening to the Imperials Legacy CD and was carried away in memories when the song Praise the Lord came on!

When you're up against a struggle, that has shattered all your dreams, when your hopes have been cruelly crushed by Satan's manifested schemes, when you feel the urge within you to submit to earthly fears, don't let the faith your standing in seem to disappear - PTL.

....He can work through those who praise Him, PTL, For our God inhabits praise PTL For the chains that seem to bind you, serve only to remind you, that they drop powerless behing you when you praise Him!

Now Satan is a liar, and he wants to make us think that we a paupers, when he knows himself, we're children of the King. So life up the might sheild of faith for the battle must be won. We know that Jesus Christ is risen so the work's already done - PTL

I praise Him for my job, and my husband's job. I praise Him for the new pastor for our church. I praise Him for safe travel for my boy's home from the Super Bowl party last night. I praise Him for the testimony my friend Lynn shared with me this morning for God's provision for her daughter. I praise Him that I was able to sell chicken pot pies to help send the boys to Winter Retreat. I praise Him that Kim has not given up. I praise Him for my doctor and counselor. I praise Him for David's teachers this year. I praise Him for the oppportunity to work with J.R. in teaching the Mission Friends class at church and talk so much about missions! I praise him for the missionaries who spoke at our church Sunday about their ministry to Liberia! I just want to praise Him today.
