I did it!

Yup! I took the Valentine decorations down last night! I went on a frenzy, straightening up the kitchen, laundry room and 1/2 bath. It was contagious! My husband was worried I might be pregnant, and since I did not want to worry him, I stopped!

I have begun walking at my break time while at work! Sometimes a lady or two will join me, but it is my commitment to walk briskly for 15 minutes as long as it is not raining. So far so good! I must confess I do pray for rain some days! It is a good habit. I have not been as successful with the 30 minutes I want to do on the treadmill when I get home, but it is a start.
